Don’t MES with the recycling Kruinies

Laerskool Kruinsig's deputy headmaster Johan le Roux and MES' branch manager Duane Edwards celebrate the school and organisation’s new recycling relationship.

Laerskool Kruinsig is taking hands with MES – shelter for the homeless – to recycle material on a weekly basis.

The Kruinies will collect recyclable goods, such as cardboard, paper and plastic, and add it to a giant yellow bin on the school grounds.

From there, MES’ team will take over and transport the recycle-friendly goods to Pomona, where it will be sorted.

Anyone interested in joining this project can contact Duane Edwards at [email protected] For more information about the branch, visit: www.mes.org.za

Ready, set, recycle! This project will take place on a weekly basis.
